What this policy covers
This policy covers yaycasino.eu.com, an independent editorial site. It does not cover the operator’s site, which you reach by clicking through and which has its own policy and its own practices.
The policy is short because the site is unusually simple. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Most privacy policies are long because most sites collect a lot. This one does not.
What we do not collect
Stated first, because it is the larger list.
No cookies are set by this site. No analytics platform is installed: no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no Meta pixel, no heatmap tool. No advertising or retargeting tags of any kind. No third-party fonts, scripts, embeds or iframes, which means no other company observes your visit through us. No forms exist anywhere on the site, so no field collects a name, an address or an email. And there is no account system, so there is nothing to register for and no profile to build.
The absence of a cookie banner is not an oversight. There is nothing to consent to.
What is stored in your browser
Two small items, both in sessionStorage, which the browser clears when the tab closes.
The first records advertising campaign parameters if you arrived from an ad, such as a click identifier appended to the URL by the ad platform. It is kept only so that those parameters can be passed on if you then click through to the operator, which is how ad platforms attribute a conversion. It contains no personal information beyond what the ad platform already placed in the URL.
The second records that you closed the banner at the bottom of the page, so it stays closed while you browse.
Neither is transmitted to us. Both are readable only by this site and both disappear when the tab is closed.
Server logs
Pages are served through a hosting provider and a content delivery network, which keep standard access logs. These typically contain an IP address, a timestamp, a requested URL and a user agent string, and they exist for security and delivery reasons.
Those are the provider’s records, held under the provider’s own policy and retention schedule. We do not extract them, analyse them or build any profile from them.
When you click through to the operator
Links to the operator take you to a different company’s site. From that point their privacy policy applies, and it is worth reading, because a site with accounts and payments necessarily collects far more than an editorial one.
What travels with you is limited to the campaign parameters described above, appended to the destination URL. We receive nothing back from the operator about you as an individual; affiliate reporting is aggregate.
If you email the address on the contact page, we hold that email in the mailbox in order to answer it, and we keep it only as long as the thread is useful. It is not added to a list, because there is no list. There is no newsletter and no marketing email of any kind.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and comparable US state laws, you have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection over personal data held about you.
The honest answer for this site is that almost nothing exists to exercise them against. If you want to check, email the contact address and we will tell you exactly what is held, which in most cases will be nothing at all beyond an email thread you started.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone, which includes minors. Parents concerned about access to gambling-adjacent content will find the device-level blocking tools mentioned in our responsible play page more effective than any site-level measure.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever adds something that collects data, this page changes before that feature ships, and the change is described here rather than folded silently into a longer document.
